Not smart to be buying hooks in early college hoop, you gonna need to hit 56% to show profit. I think you could do better chasing steam this time of year.

Does it ever make much sense to buy hooks in hoops? The theoretical value of a half-point is miniscule and there are no key numbers to worry much about. Football I can see it, but hoops???

About me buying the hook -- I cannot count how many games I have lost by a half point. My experience has been that, in certain circumstances, it can be well worth it.
